The Shoryudo area, situated at the center of the Japanese Archipelago, is renowned for producing good sake thanks to its blessings of beautiful nature, rich natural ingredients, and clean water. This area is dotted with 133 sake breweries. Here, we introduce the towns where the sake breweries are located, along with activities related to sake.
