Nihon-Izumi Brewery Co., Ltd. is situated in front of Gifu Station, making your brewery tour easier than ever. The firm has been brewing sake since the late Edo period (mid-1800s), and preserves its founding traditions today, brewing quality sake with the latest equipment in its underground facility. Tour the brewery, then savor traditional Gifu culture by sampling namazake (unpasteurized sake)… and buy some of the best to take home.
