Wajima – Brewery tours

Noto breweries begin their annual brew during the late autumn. The easiest time to visit a brewery is after the start of the year, when new sake is ready for sale. After hearing how the sake is brewed, free of charge, you can taste the brew and enjoy its subtle fragrances.
