God's country Mie: Encounter of the sea of grace and earth

Japanese Sake is made by sophisticated combination with rice, koji and water. Junmai Daiginjo is the highest grade among Japanese Sake. The rice called "Kamino-ho" which used for sake Hanzo was made in beautiful god's country Mie. Hanzo is made in Iga area where Ninja lived.
Mie is abundant in food ingredients and has a variety of seafood.
"Kamino-ho"and seafood is the best harmony.
You will enjoy the combined meal with cultured fresh tuna, oyster and ulva which are all from Mie and incense of ocean and koji with the attractive beautiful view.

Mie's local rice which is suitable for making Sake named "Kamino-ho"is used. "Hanzo"has soft and gorgeous incense.
